These Terms of Service (“Terms”) outline the rules and guidelines for using our Service. By placing an order with us, you (“the Client”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must refrain from using our Service. Please read these Terms carefully before engaging with our services.

Service Overview

At BacklinkQuality.com, our primary goal is to help website owners, digital marketers, SEO professionals, and businesses improve their search engine rankings through structured, high-quality backlink-building strategies. Our service aims to enhance your website’s authority and visibility on search engine results pages (SERPs) through diversified backlinks placed on various third-party websites, using relevant keyword, and optimizing it for search engine performance.

Our backlink-building approach incorporates various SEO best practices, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. The creation of backlinks is an essential part of a comprehensive SEO strategy aimed at achieving long-term results for your website’s online visibility.

Eligibility and Use of Service

Our Service is available to individuals, businesses, or organizations seeking to improve their website’s SEO performance through backlinks. By engaging with our services, you confirm that:

  • You either own the website or have legal authority to manage the website or content submitted for backlink creation;
  • You understand and agree to comply with the restrictions and guidelines set forth in these Terms and this site’s Terms of Use, including additional provisions found on separate pages such as the Disclosure, Disclaimer, Money-Back Guarantee and Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy, and;
  • You have read and understand our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) page/section and the Must Read Section found at the footer of this site as these supplements our existing terms & policies with equal force and effect.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any service based on eligibility or policy violations.

Accepted Keywords and Sites

For each order, we accept a maximum of two primary keywords. We recommend using long-tail keywords (phrases with 3+ words) for better SEO performance, as they tend to be more specific and less competitive.

The Client agrees that the Company will not accept or engage in the creation of backlinks for websites, pages, or content related to the following prohibited categories. These categories include, but are not limited to:

  • Gambling, casinos, or betting websites (including online sports betting, poker, etc.)
  • Adult content, pornography, escort services, or any sexually explicit material
  • Illegal activities, including but not limited to drug trafficking, human trafficking, or promotion of illegal substances
  • Sites promoting hate speech, violence, terrorism, or extremist ideologies
  • Websites distributing pirated content or engaging in piracy
  • Malware, phishing sites, or any websites that distribute harmful software
  • Unethical, deceptive, or fraudulent websites, including phishing, scams, and misleading content
  • Enhancement supplements, illegal or unapproved pharmaceuticals, or similar items
  • Websites that promote or sell counterfeit or unauthorized goods

By placing an order with the Company, the Client agrees to provide a website URL and keywords that do not violate these prohibited categories. If any order includes a website or keyword related to any of these prohibited topics, your order will be cancelled by our support team and 50% of the total payment you made will be forfeited to cover research and administrative costs. The remaining 50% will be refunded to the Client.

The Company reserves the right to reject or cancel any order at its sole discretion if it is determined that the submitted site or keywords fall into any of the prohibited categories. We do not need to provide an explanation for the rejection or cancellation. In the event that we rejected or cancelled your order, 50% of the total payment will be forfeited to cover research costs, and the remaining 50% will be refunded to the Client.

The Client understands and agrees that no keyword or site linked to the following types of content will be accepted by the Company, and such content will result in immediate disqualification of the order. These non-compliant keywords and sites include but are not limited to those involving the following:

  • Any illegal or prohibited activities, including but not limited to trafficking, piracy, and fraud
  • Sexually explicit content, adult services, or any adult-themed websites
  • Products, services, or promotions related to gambling, drugs, or similar illicit or unethical practices
  • Hate speech, violence, and extremist ideologies, including materials that promote harm or illegal activities

The Client is solely responsible for ensuring that all keywords, URLs, and website’s content submitted for backlink creation comply with these guidelines. If a violation is found, the Company will not be obligated to deliver services, and reserves the right to take appropriate action to address the matter. However, if an order is rejected based on a violation of the prohibited content policy, 50% of the total payment will be refunded, and the remaining 50% will be forfeited to cover research costs.

The Client agrees to provide accurate and truthful information when submitting a URL and keywords for backlink placement. The Company reserves the right to verify the legality and compliance of any site or keyword submitted for our services. If we discover that a site or keyword violates our prohibited content policy, we will immediately stop work on the order, remove the site or keyword from our database, and no further work will be completed. The Client will be refunded 50% of the total payment to cover administrative costs, and the remaining 50% will be forfeited.

In the event that the Company rejects a site or keyword based on our prohibited content policies, the Client acknowledges that no refund will be issued beyond the 50% refund for research and administrative costs. The Client understands that the rejection is final and that it is their responsibility to ensure that any submitted sites and keywords comply with the terms of this agreement. This policy is non-negotiable, and any disputes regarding the acceptance or rejection of a site or keyword will not result in a refund beyond the aforementioned 50%.

The Client is advised to be cautious of third-party service providers who claim to offer backlink services without any restrictions on the type of sites or keywords they accept. Such providers may promise backlinks on sites that do not adhere to proper SEO or legal standards, which could harm the Client’s SEO performance and violate search engine guidelines. The Company adheres to strict quality control and compliance standards to ensure that all backlinks placed comply with legal requirements and ethical SEO practices.

The Client agrees that they will not submit keywords or sites that infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, and patents. Any content or keywords that violate intellectual property rights will be rejected, and the Client may be held responsible for any legal consequences arising from such violations. The Company is not responsible for any issues related to intellectual property infringement that may arise from the use of the Client’s submitted content.

URLs and Content Submission

You may submit one URL per order for backlink creation. Our service supports a wide variety of URLs, including:

  • Main Domains: These are the primary addresses of websites (e.g., example.com). Submitting your main domain can help improve the overall visibility and authority of your entire website.
  • Subdomains: These are subdivisions of your main domain, often used for specific sections or purposes (e.g., blog.example.com). Submitting subdomains can be beneficial for targeting specific content areas or audiences.
  • Specific Pages: This includes landing pages, product/service pages, or hiring pages. These URLs are often crucial for conversions and specific marketing campaigns, making them ideal for targeted backlink strategies.
  • Social Media Pages: URLs from social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, YouTube) can also be submitted. These pages can enhance your online presence and drive traffic from social media networks to your main site.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the URLs submitted are accurate, legal, and compliant with all applicable laws and regulations. This includes verifying that the content on these URLs adheres to copyright laws, does not infringe on intellectual property rights, and complies with any relevant industry standards or guidelines.

IMPORTANT: Do not submit redirect URLs (including URLs generated from URL shorteners); instead, use direct destination URLs. Redirect URLs or URLs generated from URL shorteners, like https://bit.ly/0123456789, are often banned by Wiki sites. This is because these URLs can obscure the actual destination, making it difficult to verify the content. Additionally, some URL shorteners, which are essentially redirects, can be edited to redirect to sites containing prohibited content. This can severely impact the credibility of the entire link-building campaign.

If your domain is banned by Wiki sites, Tier 1 link creation for that domain may fail for Wiki links. We do not have information on how or why your domain was banned by Wiki sites, as this decision is entirely up to the Wiki sites themselves. They are third-party sites who does not also disclose such informtion. No explanation from us will be provided because we do not have access to this information.

For YouTube videos, always use the full link instead of a shortened version. This ensures clarity and transparency, which are crucial for maintaining the integrity of your submissions.

Using direct URLs helps maintain the credibility of your content and ensures that your links are more likely to be accepted and remain functional on Wiki sites. This practice also aids in avoiding potential bans and ensures that your submissions are straightforward and trustworthy.

Language and Content

While we accept non-English websites, please note that the content used for backlink placement will be written in English. This ensures consistency and broad accessibility across diverse audiences. Your keywords will be included exactly as provided, regardless of the website’s language. This approach allows us to maintain the integrity of your SEO strategy while ensuring that the backlinks are effective and relevant.

By using English for backlink content, we aim to maximize the reach and impact of your backlinks, as English is widely understood and utilized in global SEO practices. This can help attract a broader audience and improve your site’s visibility in international search results.

It is important to ensure that the keywords you provide are accurate and relevant to your target audience, as they will be integrated into the English content seamlessly. This strategy helps in maintaining the effectiveness of your SEO efforts while accommodating non-English websites.

Link Relevance

We strive to ensure that backlinks are contextually relevant to your niche. However, not all backlinks from different tiers may be directly niche-specific. We use a balanced and diversified approach to mimic organic link profiles. This means that while some backlinks will include your keywords, others may not directly correlate with your niche to create a more natural backlink pattern.

Tier 1 Link Relevance and Diversity. The Client acknowledges that Tier 1 backlinks may not always be directly related to their website’s niche. These links are placed on general websites across diverse topics, including but not limited to education, travel, business, and computers. However, lucky are those websites within these specific niches because technically, they are relevant in most cases. Despite this, the majority of Tier 1 backlinks will be placed on general sites and will aim for contextual relevance only by including the Client’s provided keyword as the hyperlink text (anchor text). The Client understands that the primary purpose of Tier 1 links is to diversify the backlink profile and provide a natural distribution of links.

Contextual Relevance Across Tiers. While the goal of BacklinkQuality.com is to ensure contextual relevance for all backlinks placed, the Client understands that not all backlinks will be strictly niche-specific, specially for Tier 1. The links placed in Tier 2, Tier 3, and Tier 4 will mostly use the Client’s chosen keyword as the hypertext link, ensuring contextual alignment with the target keyword. However, some Tier 1 links may come from general or broader websites, which are designed to build a well-rounded and natural backlink profile for SEO purposes.

The term “contextual relevance” as used on this site does not specifically refer to the category or niche of the website where the backlink is placed. Instead, we achieve relevance by incorporating the exact keywords provided by our clients within the anchor text. As a result, the linking site may be a general or multi-topic website, covering various subjects. However, the hyperlink itself will use the keyword you provided, ensuring that the backlink aligns with your targeted terms.

For example, Tier 1 forum sites cover a wide range of topics and are not necessarily niche-specific. In some cases, we may place your backlink on a forum profile page, which often has character limitations. We may only provide a direct link to your site without additional content or an accompanying article, making it relevant, but the forum is generic.

Tier 2, 3, and 4 Link Structure. Backlinks in Tiers 2, 3, and 4 will be hyperlinked using the Client’s specified keyword(s), and these links will be placed on websites that provide varying levels of relevance to the Client’s niche. In Tier 3, we will make use of mini sites (subdomains) that are more closely aligned with the Client’s niche, ensuring higher contextual specificity. Tier 2 and Tier 4 links will generally serve to support the overall SEO strategy and may not always be directly niche-specific.

Clarification of Link Purpose. The Client acknowledges that the purpose of the tiered backlink structure is to create a diverse and natural backlink profile that adheres to SEO best practices. Tier 1 links may not be directly related to the Client’s specific niche, but they serve to build a broader online presence and improve the overall authority of the Client’s website. The Client agrees that this mix of general and niche-relevant links is designed to align with natural backlink patterns and SEO algorithms, which prioritize diversity and context over strict niche relevance.

No Guarantee of 100% Niche-Specific Links. The Client understands and agrees that BacklinkQuality.com does not guarantee that every backlink will be strictly niche-specific. While efforts will be made to include niche-relevant backlinks in Tier 3, Tier 1, 2, and 4 backlinks may be placed on general websites for the purpose of creating a well-rounded and organic backlink profile. The Client acknowledges that this approach is in line with SEO best practices aimed at achieving long-term results and maintaining a natural backlink distribution.”

Customer Expectations of Link Relevance. The Client acknowledges that SEO is a dynamic and long-term process influenced by a variety of factors, including search engine algorithm changes and market competition. While BacklinkQuality.com strives to deliver backlinks that align with the Client’s niche, the Client understands that the nature of SEO requires a diverse and balanced approach, including both niche-specific and general backlinks, to ensure a natural and organic link profile that will benefit the Client’s website in the long run.

Tier 3 Mini-Sites with Niche-Specific Subdomains. In Tier 3, backlinks will be placed on mini sites (subdomains) that are specifically targeted and relevant to the Client’s niche. This ensures that a portion of the backlinks will come from highly relevant, niche-specific subdomains, further enhancing the overall relevance and quality of the backlink profile. BacklinkQuality.com will ensure that these mini sites are carefully selected to maintain the highest quality and relevance to the Client’s industry or niche.”

No Refund for Dissatisfaction with Link Relevance. The Client agrees that dissatisfaction with the relevance, authority, or source of the backlinks provided, including but not limited to concerns regarding niche-specific vs. general backlinks, will not constitute grounds for a refund. BacklinkQuality.com will make every effort to place relevant and high-quality backlinks across the appropriate tiers, but the Client understands that a mix of general and niche-specific backlinks is a standard practice in SEO to maintain diversity and a natural link profile.

Link Permanence

No Link Removal or Modification. Once backlinks are created and placed on third-party websites as part of the service provided by BacklinkQuality.com, they cannot be undone, removed, or modified by us. The creation of these backlinks requires significant time, effort, and resources, which are allocated to delivering the service to our clients. As such, once backlinks are placed, they are final, and no requests for removal or modification will be entertained. The Client acknowledges and accepts this policy when placing an order for our services.

Third-Party Control of Links. The Client understands that the backlinks placed as part of our service are hosted on third-party websites. These websites are controlled and maintained by their respective owners, and BacklinkQuality.com has no control over the future availability, status, or permanence of these links. The owners of these third-party sites have the right to remove or alter links at any time, which is beyond our control. As such, we do not provide any guarantees regarding the permanence of the backlinks once they have been placed.

No Guarantee of Link Permanence. While BacklinkQuality.com strives to place backlinks on reputable and reliable third-party sites, the Client acknowledges that we cannot guarantee the permanent existence of any backlinks. Backlinks may be removed or become inactive at the discretion of the third-party website owners. BacklinkQuality.com is not liable for any loss of backlinks due to removal, changes in site policies, or other factors outside of our control. Subsequently, the Client is advised to be cautious of third-party service providers who claim to offer permanent backlinks on websites that they do not control. Such promises are misleading, as no legitimate provider can guarantee that a backlink will remain indefinitely, given that the control of these backlinks ultimately lies with the owners of the third-party sites. BacklinkQuality.com does not make such claims and explicitly disclaims any responsibility for the permanence of backlinks placed on external websites.

No Refund for Non-Functional or Removed Links. The Client acknowledges that backlinks, once created, are subject to the policies and control of third-party websites. If a backlink becomes non-functional, broken, or is removed by the third-party site, BacklinkQuality.com will not be responsible for replacing or restoring it. No refunds will be issued for links that become non-functional, broken, or removed after placement. Once the backlinks have been delivered as per the agreed-upon plan and report, no refunds will be provided for links that are later removed or become non-functional due to actions by third-party website owners. BacklinkQuality.com will not be responsible for any changes made by third-party websites after the backlinks have been placed. If more than 50% of the links are not delivered as per the agreement, a refund may be considered, subject to the terms outlined in our Money-Back Guarantee & Refund Policy.

Link Delivery and Timeliness

While we aim to deliver high-quality backlinks, SEO is a long-term strategy and results cannot be guaranteed within a specific time frame. Links will be delivered gradually to avoid search engine penalties and to ensure a natural link-building pattern. For standard orders, the expected delivery time for a single URL is:

  • 7 days for basic packages
  • 28 days for structured link-building packages

For subsequent orders (2nd order, 3rd order, and so on), we extend the completion time for the basic package (non-structured) by an additional 5 days. For structured link-building tasks, we add an extra 2 weeks (14 days) for each subsequent order. This extension applies to each additional order placed. The extended period allows us to carefully and methodically build a natural backlink profile, minimizing the risk of raising suspicion from search engines.

For example, for basic package:

  • Order 1: 7 days
  • Order 2: Additional 5 days (total 12 days)
  • Order 3: Another additional 5 days (total 17 days)

For structured packages:

  • Order 1: 28 days

Reporting and Tracking

Upon completion of your order, you will receive a comprehensive Backlink Accomplishment Report. This report will include:

Money-Back Guarantee & Refund Policy

We offer a 3-day Money-Back Guarantee. The guarantee period begins upon delivery of the Backlink Accomplishment Report via email. If we fail to deliver more than 50% of the agreed-upon backlinks by the promised deadline, you may request a refund.

To initiate a refund, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the Backlink Accomplishment Report.

Upon receiving your refund request, the Company have 7-day grace period for rectification, if necessary.

After the 7-day grace period and the Company still failed to delivered the promissed number of backlinks, your refund request will be approved. Refunds will then be processed to the original payment method and may appear on your bank account within 3-4 weeks, depending on the payment method and the issueing & receiving banks’ processing time frame.

Bonuses

If you request a bonus in advance, particularly at the time of placing the order, the bonus backlinks will be included in the Backlink Accomplishment Report for that order.

EDU/GOV Bonus Links: As part of the bonus offering, you may receive a combination of EDU and GOV links, or in most cases, just EDU links or GOV links, depending on the availability of eligible sites during the link creation process. While there is no fixed ratio between EDU and GOV links, the majority of the bonus is typically composed of EDU links. These links are generated through our secure and dependable backlinking program, ensuring high standards of quality and safety.

Please note that the availability of EDU and GOV links is influenced by a variety of factors. One key factor is the accessibility of the respective websites during the link generation process. For instance:

  • Platforms that mimic the structure or intent of official government sites.

This approach allows the generation of EDU and GOV links to remain flexible and adaptable, even in the face of dynamic web conditions. Rest assured, every effort is made to ensure that the generated links align with the goals and standards of our safe backlinking program.

To make it straight, EDU and/or GOV backlinks does not refer to links coming from domains with .edu and .gov extension.

High DA Bonus Links: High Domain Authority (DA) bonus links do not imply that they come from top-level domain sources. These links are selected based on their DA metrics, which indicate the authority and credibility of the linking sites, rather than their domain level.

Waiver of Money-Back Guarantee: Please note that when you claim bonuses, you waive your right to the Money-Back Guarantee and refunds. This indicates that you are satisfied with our service and the backlinks we have provided, and you are requesting additional value through the bonuses.

Claiming bonuses can sometimes lead to duplicate link sources. In such cases, the same Tier 1 links that point to Tier 2 may be used to generate bonus links. However, this time, the additional Tier 1 link will point directly to your website instead of Tier 2.

Bonuses and Dispute-Free Assurance

It is essential to emphasize that bonuses are offered entirely free of charge as an additional benefit to our valued clients. Since these bonuses are provided at no cost, they are intended as a goodwill gesture and should be considered a complimentary feature of the service.

Given their free-of-charge nature, bonuses are not subject to disputes or claims. This policy ensures that the bonus offerings remain a stress-free and purely rewarding experience for all parties. The purpose of the bonuses is to add value and enhance satisfaction without introducing any financial obligations or concerns.

While every effort is made to ensure the bonuses are delivered to its best, they are not part of the core package and are therefore not covered under the primary service guarantees or expectations. Once these backlinks are placed, they are beyond the control of the Company. The Client accepts that the Company cannot guarantee that backlinks will remain active or achieve specific rankings. Any dissatisfaction regarding the relevance, authority, or nature of the backlinks placed, or the perceived performance of the service, will not constitute grounds for a refund.

The Client agrees that the quality of backlinks and the results of the backlink campaign are subject to the discretion of the Company. While we take every effort to provide quality backlinks, we cannot control external factors, such as changes in search engine algorithms, which may impact the effectiveness of the links. As such, no refund requests will be entertained for dissatisfaction with the quality of backlinks, their relevance, or their perceived effectiveness in improving the Client’s website rankings.

Once an order has been placed and accepted by the Company, the Client cannot request a refund based on changes to the initial SEO strategy. Any modifications or adjustments to the strategy, including changes to the types of backlinks or the tiering system, will be at the sole discretion of the Company, and such changes are not grounds for a refund.

The Client waives any right to a refund based on performance expectations related to SEO outcomes, including but not limited to rankings, website traffic, or other performance indicators. The Client agrees that due to the nature of the service, including the non-reversible creation of backlinks, content, and the use of third-party websites for backlink placement, all payments for SEO services are non-refundable. Once the service is delivered, the Client acknowledges that the Company has provided value and completed its obligations, and no refund requests will be honored after the 3-day Money-Back Guarantee period lapses.
