The 3-day period begins from the moment we send the Backlink Accomplishment Report to your email. For the purpose of arbitration or dispute resolution, the date and time indicated on the email will serve as the official reference point.
Major Delivery Failure
You will be eligible for a refund under our Money-Back Guarantee if all of the following conditions are met:
- Incomplete Backlink Delivery: A Major Delivery Failure occurs when 50% or more of the backlinks specified in your order are not delivered by the agreed-upon deadline. For example:
- If your order includes 100 backlinks, and fewer than 50 backlinks are delivered by the due date, this constitutes a Major Delivery Failure.
- The same principle applies to smaller or larger orders. If the shortfall exceeds 50% of the total agreed backlinks, you qualify for a refund review.
- Grace Period for Completion: In the rare event that we are unable to deliver the full number of backlinks by the initial deadline, we will do our best to complete the number of backlinks required. Once we receive your email notification/request for a refund under our Money-Back Guarantee, we have a 7-day grace period to make the necessary corrections.
- Incomplete Backlinks Even After Lapse of Grace Period: If we still fail to meet the agreed backlink quantity by the end of the grace period, you will be eligible for a refund, subjec to the provisions of this Money-Back Guarantee & Refund Policy.
Actions Required for Refund Requests
To initiate a refund due to Major Delivery Failure, you must follow these steps:
- Submission of Refund Request: Using the email you provided when you availed of our services, you must contact us (reply to our email) within 3 days from the date you receive the Backlink Accomplishment Report to specifically request for refund. Refund requests made after the 3-day window will not be entertained.
- Required Details in Your Refund Request: When requesting a refund, you must:
- Clearly state the reason for the refund request (e.g., due to incomplete backlinks created).
- Specify the exact number of backlinks missing, and the related Tier, to expedite the review process.
Resolution Process
Once we receive your refund request, we will take the following actions:
- Verification and Rectification: Our team will first verify the reported delivery shortfall by cross-checking the Backlink Accomplishment Report against the order details and the list of working & non-working URLs (or URLs with issue) that you provided in your refund request. If the reported shortfall is confirmed, we will make every effort to complete the missing backlinks within the 7 additional days. During this period, we will prioritize the fulfillment of the remaining backlinks to meet the agreed quantity.
- Refund Eligibility: If we successfully deliver the missing backlinks within the 7-day rectification period, the refund request will be voided, as the service will have been fully rendered. However, if we are still unable to deliver the required number of backlinks after this additional 7-day period, you will be entitled to a refund.
Refund Method and Timeline
If your refund request is approved, the following terms will apply:
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. This includes credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, or other payment methods you used during the transaction. We do not offer alternative refund methods (e.g., bank transfer, money remittance, etc.).
- Refund Timeline: After the 7-day rectification period, and we still failed to deliver the promised output, refund will be approved by our Management who will forward your request to Billing for processig. The refund processing period typically takes 3 to 4 weeks. Additional days may apply depending on the policies of the sending and receiving bank/financial institution. The exact duration may vary based on factors such as bank processing times, card issuer policies, and international transaction regulations. You will be notified once the refund has been processed, and you may verify the transaction with your financial institution.
Refund Requests for Other Reasons
If you request a refund for any reason other than Major Delivery Failure, the following terms will apply:
- The matter must be resolved by a competent legal authority (e.g., local courts or other institutions with the same capacity).
- In such cases, refunds will be limited to a maximum of 50% of the total payment.
Partial Refund Policy
Our link-building service involves the creation and placement of backlinks on third-party websites. Once these links are published, they become part of the external website’s content, including the content/article that we created. Unlike physical products or digital subscriptions that can be easily returned or revoked, undoing the article we created is pointless, and removing backlinks is significantly more complex and often impractical.
- Once we have created articles for upper tiers or developed SEO-optimized mini-sites related to your niche, the time, effort, and resources invested in their creation cannot be recovered.
- Once the backlinks, articles, and mini-sites are live, they may be indexed by search engines and integrated into the external website’s structure.
- Retracting the links, articles, and mini-sites would require us to manually contact each third-party website and remove hundreds of backlinks. This process is extremely time-consuming and labor-intensive. Moreover, it results in a significant opportunity loss, as the time and resources spent on link and article removal could otherwise be used to serve other customers and fulfill ongoing projects.
- Additionally, some websites have their own policies and may refuse to remove backlinks, making complete removal infeasible.
Do Not Offer a Full Money-Back Guarantee
We do not provide a full refund because:
- Irreversible service execution: The service we offer is largely irreversible. Once backlinks are created and published, most of them remain live regardless of whether you request a refund.
- Effort and resources invested: The link-building process involves extensive work, including keyword research, content creation, and outreach to third-party websites. This requires both time and resources, which cannot be recovered.
- Unfair loss of service value: Granting a full refund would be unfair and damaging to our business. You would retain the benefits of the live backlinks (increased SEO exposure and traffic potential) without paying for the service, resulting in an uncompensated loss on our part.
Refund Eligibility
Since our services involve non-reversible efforts, such as link creation and content development, we apply specific conditions to refund requests. This section outlines the eligibility criteria for refunds in cases involving multiple products, multiple units, or multiple orders.
- Multiple Products in the Same Single Order: If you purchased different products in one order (Stadard Wiki, Adance Wiki, and Premium Wiki in one single order) and you are requesting a refund for the entire order, only the product with the highest value will be eligible for a refund, and will be subject to our Refund Policy. The remaining products in the same order will not be eligible for individual refunds.
- Multiple Units of the Same Product in a Single Order: If you purchased multiple units of the same product in a single order (e.g., five Premium Plans in single order) and you are requesting a refund for the entire order, only one unit can be refunded, and will be subject to our Refund Policy. The remaining units will not be eligible for a refund.
- Multiple Separate Orders: If you placed several separate orders (e.g., you ordered 1 Basic Package yesterday and placed another order today), only the most recent order will be eligible for a refund, and will be subject to our Refund Policy. Previous orders, regardless of their value or delivery status, will not qualify for a refund.
Please note, however, that to be eligible for refund:
- There is a shotfall of 50% or more in the number of backlinks (no other reasons will be entertained);
- You specifically requested a refund within the 3-day period;
- You allowed the 7-day rectification period (starting from the time your refund request was emailed);
- We still failed to deliver the promised number of backlinks, and;
- You have not claimed the bonuses.
Bonuses & Waiver
You may claim bonuses only after thoroughly reviewing the delivered output. To ensure you have sufficient time to evaluate the results, we recommend waiting at least 3 days after receiving our Accomplishment Report before claiming any bonuses. This allows you to verify the quality and accuracy of the service provided. Please note:
- Bonuses are not automatically granted. You have to claim it.
- To claim your bonus, you must send us an email (please reply to our Backlink Accomplishment Report) explicitly requesting the delivery of the bonus.
- This bonus is our way of thanking you for doing business with us.
By requesting the bonus, you automatically waive your right to a refund, even if you are still within the Money-Back Guarantee period.
- Once you claim the bonus, we immediately begin processing additional backlinks or services associated with the bonus offer.
- As a result, if you submit a refund request after claiming the bonus (even within the guarantee period), you will no longer be eligible for a refund.
Confirmation of Satisfaction
By claiming the bonus, you confirm that you are satisfied with the service and wish to proceed with the additional perks offered. This action indicates your acceptance of the delivered service, making the transaction final and non-refundable.

SEO is a holistic and multifaceted process that requires the use of diverse sources, strategies, and techniques to achieve optimal results. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree that we have the sole and exclusive right to determine and implement the most effective approach based on our professional expertise. Our team retains full discretion and authority over the following aspects of the SEO campaign, among others:
- Selection of Websites and Link Sources: We decide which websites will be used for backlink placement.
- Ratio of Various Aspects: We have full discretion in determining the ratio and distribution of different backlink attributes to create a natural and diverse link profile. This includes, among others: the proportion of no-follow and do-follow links used in the campaign, the mix of low and high domain authority (DA) websites where the backlinks are placed, and the inclusion of varied link types and sources necessary to mimic an organic backlink profile.
- Link Structure and Hierarchy: We design the tiered link-building strategy, including the hierarchy levels and the distribution of backlinks across different tiers (e.g., Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3, and Tier 4).
- Domain Selection and Authority Range: We choose the domains and range of domain authority rating, from no, low, medium, above average, to high level authority as part of a mixed/balanced SEO strategy.
- Site Quality: We choose the domains and the quality of sites based on our internal assessment, considering niche relevance, traffic quality, indexing reliability, and/or other factors.
- Keyword Targeting and Content: We select and optimize related keywords and create SEO-optimized articles that support the backlink strategy.
- Systems, Tools, and Methods: The systems, platforms, and proprietary techniques used for content creation, backlink generation, and indexing are determined solely by our team.

No Refunds for Strategic Decisions
Refund requests will not be entertained for concerns related to the implementation, strategy, quality, selection, and/or placement of backlinks or any other strategic decisions mentioned above. Concerns regarding subjective dissatisfaction with the quality, authority, or nature of the sites used are not valid grounds for a refund.
No Refunds for Banned Reidect URLs/URLs from URL shorteners
Do not submit redirect URLs (including URLs generated from URL shorteners); instead, use direct destination URLs. Redirect URLs or URLs generated from URL shorteners, like https://bit.ly/0123456789, are often banned by Wiki sites. This is because these URLs can obscure the actual destination, making it difficult to verify the content. Additionally, some URL shorteners, which are essentially redirects, can be edited to redirect to sites containing prohibited content. This can severely impact the credibility of the entire link-building campaign.
If your domain is banned by Wiki sites, Tier 1 link creation for that domain may fail for Wiki links. We do not have information on how or why your domain was banned by Wiki sites, as this decision is entirely up to the Wiki sites themselves. They are third-party sites who does not also disclose such informtion. No explanation from us will be provided because we do not have access to this information.
In this case, no refund is necessary, as this is not our fault. Ensuring that your URL is not banned is entirely your responsibility. Therefore, we are not obliged to issue a refund for an incomplete number of links due to your site being banned by Wiki sites. This follows that this should not be considered as a shortfall when it comes to request for refund under our Money-Back Guarantee.
The only solution we can offer is to replace wiki links with the same number of article and/or forum links. Tier 1 already includes article and forum links, and we will re-run our safe link-building program to create additional article and/or forum links from the same domain sources. This applies to both Tier 1 and bonus links only.

Types of Refunds
We offer two types of refunds: Client-Requested Refunds and Company-Initiated Refunds. However, due to the nature of backlink services, all refunds are subject to a maximum of 50% of the total amount paid.
Client-Requested Refunds
A refund request from the client is only considered valid if there is a significant shortfall in the number of backlinks delivered. Specifically, if 50% or more of the promised backlinks were not provided, the client may request a partial refund (50%).
Company-Initiated Refunds
A refund initiated by our company occurs when we are forced to cancel an order due to a violation of our terms and conditions. For instance, if the submitted domain belongs to a prohibited category—such as adult content, gambling, phishing sites, or other restricted industries—we will cancel the order and issue a refund in accordance with our policy.
Why Are Refunds Limited to 50%?
Unlike physical products that can be returned, backlink creation is an irreversible digital service. Once we begin processing an order, we invest time and resources into:
